Here are some tips to help us help you when we visit:

Communication: We set expectations with our prospective clients & clients prior to visiting a space. It is imperative that both parties understand what is entailed in visits with clients, especially when considering service frequencies.

Please note, that cleanings are customized to individual spaces.


Containing pets: We love animals & we usually get along with pets just fine however, to be fair & safe for everyone, it is very important to ensure any uncaged or uncontained pets in a space are contained upon meeting a space, perhaps meeting the animal(s), & whilst servicing the space.

Not all cleaners will be comfortable with pets.

We will not be responsible for cleaning up pet soils.


Decluttering: To ensure that we have access to surfaces & spaces to be cleaned, we kindly request that our clients declutter areas such as table tops, desk tops, counters, bathroom vanities, dressers…

It will be understood that if we are unable to access surfaces & spaces to be cleaned properly, said surfaces & spaces will not be serviced.

To expedite your cleaning & to avoid any troubles, please remove clutter from the aforementioned areas.
